Bath Savings Announces Board, Staff Changes
Bath Savings President & CEO Glenn Hutchinson has announced the election of Jeff Zachau to the Board of Trustees, and the addition of Justin Poulin to the bank’s Commercial Lending team.
A resident of Freeport, Zachau is CEO of Zachau Construction and serves on the boards of WinterKids and the Children’s Museum + Theater of Maine. He has served as a Corporator of Bath Savings since 2002.
Board members are selected from the bank’s Corporators and live and work in the coastal communities that Bath Savings serves. The trustees assist with a range of policy issues and general oversight of the bank’s business.
“We are excited to welcome Jeff to the Board. His business background, dedication to the community, and long history with our organization make him an asset to our team,” said Hutchinson.
Justin Poulin of Litchfield is Bath Savings’ newest Commercial Lender, bringing nearly 20 years of experience supporting the financial needs of local businesses to his new role. Poulin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is active in a variety of community organizations.
