Justin Dionne began his career at Bath Savings as an intern while attending University of Maine at Orono. He joined the Retail Loan Processing team in 2010 after earning his BS in Finance & Management from UMO. After a year in the back office, Justin progressed to a Residential Lender for a nine-year tenure before transitioning to Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2020. He has served on the board of Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers and currently serves as Vice President of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bath/Brunswick.

Justin resides in Topsham with his wife, son, two stepdaughters and dog Lilee.
