Compliance Analyst I - Bath
As a Compliance Analyst I, you will assist and support the organization and risk management department in areas of quality control, compliance, and bank-wide vendor management. Together with the AVP Security Officer and BSA Manager, you will have a very important role in overseeing the Bank's compliance with certain Federal Regulations and guidance. You will be responsible for performing your responsibilities in a polite, professional and efficient manner. You will be expected to use optimum discretion in all aspects of your work and provide assistance in a cooperative and professional manner.
Educational Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Two or more years of demonstrated initiative in the area of understanding banking concepts and terminology.
· Prior experience or knowledge of risk management is strongly preferred.
· A desire to learn about the bank’s operations, compliance obligations, and organizational risks.
· The ability to assess multiple facets of a task and draw logical conclusions.
· Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, exercise good judgement, and work under minimal supervision.
· A broad knowledge of banking terminology, policies, procedures and compliance is beneficial.
· Strong attention to detail.
. Ability to read/write in English and to understand and follow instructions.
· Capable of performing accurate data input into a variety of software.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; and organizational skills.
· Ability to operate and utilize general office equipment.

Teller - Falmouth
The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with the public. Customer Service Representative - South Portland
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide assistance to perspective new account customers and existing customers. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will receive and respond to incoming customer calls pertaining to deposit accounts and will cross sell bank services in a professional manner. You will be expected to handle routine customer account inquiries and resolve issues. It is expected that you are able to exercise independent judgment under moderate supervision and direction. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will build life –long banking relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and follow through with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully met. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be expected to excel at acquiring and expanding new relationships.
Educational Requirements
- Proven ability to provide customer service at a superior level in accordance with our performance standards.
- Must have proven communication and interpersonal skills using tact, diplomacy and professionalism with demonstrated ability to get along with everyone
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and overall pleasant demeanor.
- Knowledge of banking terminology and banking software with ability to learn, retain, articulate and cross sell the features and benefits of a wide range of bank products and services will be helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be calm under pressure.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills through use of appropriate grammar.
