We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Teller - South Portland
The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with the public. Educational Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Recent experience in a teller role, banking or sales is a plus.
- Recent cash handling experience.
- A natural comfort with customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service that reflects our Bank’s Exceptional Service Principles.
- A team-first mindset with a positive attitude—you enjoy working with others and contribute to a supportive and harmonious work environment.
- Professionalism in how you present yourself, along with reliability and a strong commitment to reporting to work on time.
- Confidence in reading and writing English, and the ability to follow instructions with ease.
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills—you take pride in getting things right.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using technology.
- Solid math skills to handle transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from your assigned branch location.

Telephone Receptionist - Bath
Your primary responsibility is to manage incoming telephone calls while providing a positive first impression for customers. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, taking messages, providing information, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. You will also assist customers and visitors to the 83 Front Street Operations Building with safe deposit box entry and directions, ensuring adherence with the Bank’s Visitor Policy.
Educational Requirements
· Equivalent to high school diploma.
· Previous experience working as Receptionist, or similar role helpful.
· Exceptional communication and social skills with the ability to build strong relationships with each customer and employee interaction.
· Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and is able to work harmoniously with all employees.
· Professional attributes including professional appearance and dependability through a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
· An aptitude for accuracy with good organizational ability, attentiveness to detail and ability to handle multitasking.
· Is self-motivated and able to function independently.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook, with some knowledge of Excel.
· Capable of operating and utilizing general office equipment such as a telephone, personal computer, printer, and photocopier.
