Deposit Operations Clerk II - Bath
As a Deposit Operations Clerk II, you will be responsible for completing the daily review and processing of all Exception Item Module Processing for the Deposit Operations department, including the Nonpost, Returned Deposit Items and Stop Payments. You will also be responsible for the submission of needed outgoing manual customer ACH Returns and Notice of Corrections, processing and communicating incoming ACH Returns and Notice of Corrections to our ACH Originators, monitoring all applicable ACH reports, preparing daily customer Prenotification Notices, the audit of all Stop Payment and External Transfer requests received and the daily review of associated reports, along with additional responsibilities when necessary.
Educational Requirements
· Ability to efficiently operate and utilize general office equipment and technology.
· At least 1 year banking experience.
· Knowledge of general banking practices.
· Skill in business, finance and/or accounting.
· Strong attentiveness to detail.
· Demonstrates abstract thinking.

Commercial Loan Processor - Bath
The primary responsibility of the Commercial Loan Processor will be the processing of all commercial loans closed within the Bank. You will prepare commitment letters and perform data input of commercial loan information into the Bank’s systems. Loan Servicer II - Bath
You will have telephone and direct contact with customers and other Bank employees and be expected to assist them in a prompt and professional manner. It is expected that you will implement and carry out Bank policy and procedure with respect to all functions and tasks performed.
Your primary functions will be to monitor non-escrow accounts for payment of taxes in a timely fashion, discharge paid loan documents according to established procedures, process incoming loan payments, and scan and index documentation to the appropriate loans. You will also assist with the entry of new loans and credit cards into the system, processing note amendments, and the administration and maintenance of escrow accounts. You will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide research support to other customer service personnel. You will provide assistance to lenders and staff with regard to loan servicing issues and act as liaison between the Bank and agencies in the completion of your duties.
