COVID-19: Bath Savings strives to provide a safe and healthy work environment. To support this effort, all offers of employment with Bath Savings are contingent upon an applicant having full vaccination status against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as having completed a two-week period after receiving a single dose vaccination, such as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine; or having completed a two-week period after a second dose in a two-dose series, such as Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. An applicant may request an exception from this requirement if the applicant is medically contraindicated to the vaccine, has a medical necessity that requires a delay in vaccination because of a disability, or if there is a conflict with a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.

Applicants will be required to provide proof of vaccination as a condition of employment at the time an employment offer is extended or be granted a reasonable accommodation. The request for vaccination status and proof of vaccination will be initiated by a member of the Human Resources Department when a candidate for employment has been selected.
