Enroll in text message fraud alerts to replace the automated phone call that goes out when suspicious activity has been approved or denied on your Bath Savings ATM or Debit Card. The text message is easy to read, and even easier to confirm by responding with a simple “YES” or “NO”.
How it works
- The text will come through with a sender ID of 207-33. You can save this number in your phone so that it will be a recognized contact.
- If you respond YES, this confirms the activity was yours and the case is closed.
- If you respond NO indicating the transaction was NOT yours, you will be instructed to call 1-800-262-2024 where you can speak with a call center representative. They will then be able to close the case.
- The text will only be active for 72 hours. If you do not respond within that timeframe, your card will be restricted, and a BSI employee will contact you.
