Bath, Maine – (October 16, 2025) Bath Savings President Glenn Hutchinson announced the appointment of Meghan Dudley as Vice President, Commercial Lending. In her new role, Dudley will work out of Bath Savings’ Westbrook location (34 Spring Street) with a focus on providing customized lending solutions to businesses in Southern Maine. “We are thrilled to welcome Meghan to our commercial lending team,” Hutchinson said. “Her experience aligns perfectly with our mission of providing exceptional service and our commitment to helping our neighbors grow their businesses. A Westbrook resident, Dudley brings more than 11 years of commercial banking experience to her new role. Prior to commercial banking, she worked in the real estate law field. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where she majored in Business Administration, and enjoys volunteering in her son's school and with Junior Achievement of Maine.
